## Narrative

Employee slipped in mud twisting his left knee while installing a 10"" drain line.  Knee became swollen and was diagnosed as a ruptured bursa sack. Doctor drained knee and put him on anti-inflammatory meds. He returned to work after 2 work days off and a weekend with no restrictions or permanent damage.
