Narrative

On 2/22/12, employee stepped onto a jumbo drill & strained L knee. Went to medic on site. Knee was ok. Since this time, his knee still was sore on & off. Recently he went to doctor. Surgery was scheduled on 6/21/2012. This is shift 1st shift missed. This is now a LT injury.
