## Narrative

Employee was operating mucker & hydraulic pump was making noise. he stopped to check hyd. oil level & noticed steam coming from pressure relief valve. he pushed it to relieve the pressure, then removed the fill cap & hydraulic oil blew out striking his arms, upper chest area & some on the face, resulted in some burns. Doctor issued restrictions. 2 days were missed. RTW on 6/21/12.
