## Narrative

EE was in the process of changing the B4 belt drive assembly when the existing motor/gearbox mounting platform shifted causing the motor to strike him.  EE was holding the ladder which was struck by the shifting motor. It struck him in the head and torso and knocked the EE into the hand railing.
