## Narrative

EE was in the process of changing the B4 belt drive assembly when the existing motor/gearbox mounting platform shifted causing the motor to strike him.  EE was working on a ladder removing a pipe support when motor shifted; he was knocked from the ladder into the hand railing causing injuries to his leg.
