## Narrative

Employee was performing structural inspection when dust entered left eye through gap between face and side shield of safety glasses.   Physician at clinic irrigated left eye to remove particles and then applied antibiotic corticosteroid ointment (TobraDex) as a precaution. No damage to eye was noted.  Employee was released to return to work.
