Employee was operating lead locomotive going outby, locomotive jumped track into cross cut striking rib throwing him forward and landed on radio locomotive antenna sticking him in right arm and curled in arm. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
