Employee was working on uneven and sloped surface in the underground mine at the 7W to 6W level pipeline raise hole. Employee was moving pipe back into position, when he slipped and fell. Employee sprained his right knee and had minor contusion and laceration. Employee will be on modified work duty until released by a Dr.
