Employee was drilling through screen, when he released the leg on the machine & on it's way down, a small rock(1"" x 3/4"")bounced off the muffler on the machine & hit him in upper lip, and broke part of his front tooth off. On 7/9/12, he went to dentist & tooth was extracted, with implant procedure under way. No days missed.
