## Narrative

While removing bowl assembly was nudging cylinder to make contact.  Employee completed task 20 times, each time removing hand prior to pushing.  He then rested hand on the rear of the cylinder.  As it pushed, his finger was between it and another cylinder.  It rotated pinching the end of the pinky finger.  He lost the end 3/4"" tip of his finger.
