## Narrative

A roof fall occurred at xc16 on the 1st Main East off the Main North between entry 5 and entry 6. The fall is 11,100' outby the loading point. The fall measures 50'L x 18'W x 10'H. There were no injuries and ventilation or travel was not interrupted. The belt structure had to be removed temporarily to remove some of the fall material and install secondary support.
