## Narrative

Water truck driver began to experience symptoms of heat stress.  Was removed from truck and put into air conditioned environment and told to hydrate. Began to feel better and returned to work for remainder of day. After work drove for 45 minutes in personal vehicle without AC and began to feel ill.  Went to hospital, where she was hydrated and released that evening.
