Employee reported being at mud lake #4 at 8:30 am on 7/18 when he was attempting to stand an 8 inch PVC pipe (Pipe weight= 50 lbs) upright, when his left foot slipped backwards, resulting in a pull in the left groin area. Result after examination by Dr. was a left inguinal hernia.
