(See Attach.)On 7/9/12 Part Time EE reported that he had just fallen from the screening plant that he was doing maint. on. EE said that he had grabbed hold of the whip bar and it broke. EE complained of ""soreness"" on the left side of his ribs. EE was taken for an exam. It is estimated that the EE fell 5-6'. EE was told to take it easy for a while until he felt he was able to work.
