## Narrative

Employee was helping to unload the stage loader concave, while unloading it he was standing in the red zone and got pinned when the concave slid on the scoop duck bill and put him against the rib. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, miner concentration was a factor.
