## Narrative

EE was moving C.M. cable out of the haulage roadway when a piece of rock fell out from between bolts in the mine roof and struck him on top of his left arm causing a laceration that required staples to close. Returned to work but dirt inside the opening caused him to return to hospital where he has been taken off work at this time. This is a LTA.
