## Narrative

Employee was hauling load of rocks when rock fell out of bucket on machine and caused him to run over a 24"" rock which caused the loader tire to blow out.  In trying to recover, he lowered the bucket to ground which caused machine to go unstable and violently shake.  Employee's body was jerked around.  He exited machine and collapsed on ground.
