## Narrative

While unlocking a 4"" hose from a truck the hose was still under pressure even though the valves were shut off and was unable to bleed line off due to tank being full and no bleed off valve on fill station. Hose kicked back while EE was holding it causing him to get pushed into Jersey barrier and during process chipped/broke a tooth.
