## Narrative

While dismounting the last step of a track dozer the employee felt a pop in his knee when he put his weight on his right foot.  He was evaluated at the ER the same day and released to work.  He was seen by an orthopedic specialist on 7/24 and was diagnosed with a torn meniscus.  He underwent arthroscopic surgery to repair the tear on 7/26.
