## Narrative

The employee stated that as was roof bolting (drilling a hole), the IE was looking up to see how deep the hole needed to be drilled. While he was looking up, the drill pot was approx. at head level or slightly above his head.  He was struck by an unknown foreign object that he thinks spun off of the drill pot and hit him in the forehead, causing a laceration that required sutures.
