## Narrative

Employee was operating a continuous miner. He was cutting in the #5 entry face. He backed the continuous miner up to set over for his second lift cut. He reached down to pick up some supplies that had fallen off the continuous miner and a rock slid off the continuous miner striking him on the right ankle causing a fracture. He began missing time on 7/25/2012.
