Employee was scaling from a basket when a rock that he had loosened began to fall. The falling rock caused the farthest end of the scaling bar to come down and hit the rail of the basket. Then the closest end of the bar came up and hit the employee in the face. The resulting laceration above his right eye required 3 sutures.
