## Narrative

EE was assisting changing belt rubber out(265'). The belt was clamped off it had been cut and hooked to the scoop. EE released belt clamp after the comealongs had been released. After clamp was removed the weight of the belt caused belt slack to release and caught EE between the belt and the jack.
