Narrative

After bending over to measure grating, injured EE stood up and felt lightheaded and dizzy. Employee fainted, collapsed, and struck the knockout drain frame on the log washer. Bruising was apparent. EMT was contacted. EE was transported to the hospital for X-Rays.
