Narrative

Employee was putting up roofbolts and his drill steel got caught in the hole, when he tried to pull it out of the roof, when he put his hand under the drill steel it fell out of the hole and smashed his right ring finger on his right hand. He went to the hospital and received 3 stitches and returned to work.
