## Narrative

This injury occurred to a driver while on mine property at the Tilden Flux dump site. As the driver was pulling his wheel chocks from underneath the tractor tires in preparation to leave the dump zone, the driver stumbled backwards and stepped on his left foot at an odd angle. After receiving treatment at a local walk in clinic, the driver diagnosed with a broken bone in his foot.
