## Narrative

While servicing the RD13, employee was asked by driller to assist in lifting a bushing. once lifted, the bushing fell back in the hole on the deck and smashed the employees right index finger between the bushing and the deck. he was taken to the ER and given five stitches to close the wound. Released to light duty beginning 8/3/12.
