## Narrative

Employee was cleaning the area in the dog leg of 15th East in preparations of a seal to be installed. Employee attempted to move a rather large piece of rock from the area when he felt a sharp pain in his lower back. He finished his shift and 5 days later, on 7/30/2012 he claimed to not be getting better and asked to see a doctor.
