Employee replacing a section of flighting. As he maneuvered the flighting into position using the chain hoist he placed his right hand on the flighting to help control its movement. The flighting caught on the handrail making it shift in an unexpected direction. His fingers got pinched between the flighting and the screw trough. Diagnosis finger fracture.
