## Narrative

Employee was mucking in a cabbed mucker when he hooked a boulder with the bucket & it slipped off the boulder causing him to hit his head on the inside of the cab, Resulting in neck pain. Went to medic on site. We took to ER. X-rays were negaitve.Doctor issued restrictions. He missed 2 days and received a Full Release back to work.
