## Narrative

Employee turned on the A/C in his equipment and dust blew out the vent, some getting in his eye. He attempted to flush his eye, but his eye continued to hurt. He was taken to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a corneal abrasion. Antibiotic ointment and a patch were applied. He was release to his next shift.
