Employee was attempting to clean Hydrate Scrubber and Pug Mill Mixer. He climbed up onto the water box and a pipe. He was using a scraper to clean out the material. His right foot slipped off the pipe and he fell. His right side struck the pipe. Diagnosis Contusion.
