Narrative

Employee was retrieving 4"" pipe from the belt line in16th East and stacking the pipe in xc #16 when he stepped on a board and a nail penetrated thru his rubber boot and the nail punctured the bottom of his left foot. The ER doctor bandaged the wound and advised that he take 1 day off from work.
