## Narrative

Employee was cutting a rock dust bag when the knife went through the material it slipped out of his hands and flew towards his body.  Employee tried to catch the knife when he stabbed himself in the torso.  Employee completed his shift then went to the doctor where he received stitches and returned to work the following day.
