Narrative

Injured was finishing mount of a tire using the boom of the tire handler to press the rim hardware into place. He noticed an issue on one of the gripper pads his left hand on the rim hardware the boom slipped allowing the tire to close the gap catching his left middle finger with the rim hardware and lacerating it.
