## Narrative

Employee was drilling and started experiencing problems.  Driller shut drill down,got out,walk around drill to check air line.Opened the side door of drill (guard was down)at same time radiator hose exploded spraying hot water on him.  Employee had hard hat and safety gasses on.  Employee sustained 2nd degree burns to 15% of body.
