## Narrative

EE reported a sore knee from climbing the ladder from painting.  The leg was sore from 06/21/2012 and couldn't determine the specific moment of soreness.  Was examined and the leg was swollen from the ankle to mid thigh with soreness behind the knee.  EE has Positive history of some type of Kidney Cancer and other Illness and doctor was concerned of the History of disease.
