Narrative

The injured was operating #61 continuous miner when a piece of rock measuring 3' X 5' X 6"" thick flipped out of the conveyor striking him on his left leg causing a fracture to the tibia and fibula that required surgery to stabilize. The incident occurred on MMU-003
