## Narrative

Employee was trying to place an end cap on vent tube. He was face to rib and tube (do to closeness of last row of support) he placed cap on end of tube, it stayed on for a moment then fell, Employee dropped his head to avoid being struck in face but not in time it struck the end of his nose.
