Employee was changing a hydraulic hose on a Caterpillar D8 Bull Dozer, in the process of tightening the ""C"" flange clamp on the SAE Code 62, Caterpillar, 4-bolt flange, his wrench slipped causing him to hyper-extend his right arm, he felt a pop in his right shoulder tearing his rotator-cuff/the rotator cuff tendon/glenohumeral joint
