Narrative

Employee states that while changing the tram motor on the continuous miner, a piece of rock fell from the top and struck him on the back of the right leg. He was diagnosed on the 9th of Aug with a Fracture of the right fibula. On August 14th mgt. became aware of the diagnosis. Employee has not missed any work from this injury.
