Narrative

Fire and smoke was reported from Belt 1 drive tower to the Control Room at ~1:55PM. The control room called 911. All ee's were evacuated and accounted for. Fire depts arrived ~2:15PM. The MSHA Call Center was notified at 2:19PM. MSHA Inspector made contact at ~2:45PM. The fire was declared ""out"" at ~5:00PM. There were no injuries.
