## Narrative

Employee mounted the motor grader using the proper hand holds and walkway. His objective was to clean the right rear side window. While walking on walkway located on the tandems, employee slipped and struck elbow on a tire. Employee was utilizing the grab rail, but lost his grip. The walkway was clean and dry.
