## Narrative

Employee was installing an outside bolt in #6 right.  After he finished, he went to swing his pot in to install the inside bolt when his right knee gave out.  The height in 6 right is 53"".  He had a previous injury to this knee which required surgery.  There was no event or condition that caused this incident.  We are requesting this as an occupational illness.
