Narrative

Employee was driving a golf cart along side of a parked track shield car. Left front tire caught part of the track shield car which spun steering wheel on golf cart catching little finger and dislocated the finger. PPE was not factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
