A roof fall was found during the mine examiner's weekly examination. The fall occurred in the #11 seam return, 1st SW Main, between XC 20 & 21 (spad #16 + 00 to 16 + 80). It was in the #8 entry. The measurements of the fall were 7' high, 17' wide, and 43' long.
