Air was found cross-tied with nitrogen feeding the cooler. During a ramp down of production, it is believed that air mixed with combustible gases caused sufficient pressure to open the relief door on cooler. There were no injuries or damage to equipment. All safety precautions in place at the time worked to keep employees safe.
