Narrative

The employee walked under a beam and he bumped his head, jamming his neck. At the time of the incident the employee did not complain about pain. On September 14, 2012 he complained that his neck was hurting, the Company instructed him that he needed to get it checked out. It as later determined he sustained a muscle strain in his neck and was prescribed medication for the pain.
