Narrative

Employee was dropping down high voltage cable to be loaded and removed from the longwall power when a hanger he was lowering caught his left thumb near the first joint. the weight of the high voltage cable falling pulled the hook on the hanger into his thumb and lacerated his thumb at the first joint.
