## Narrative

Injured was helping startup 6"" waterline from Ground Well. After repairs to hose connection, plugged line burst open and rubber water line struck injured in Left leg below his knee. Injured was diagnosed with contusion to leg with no fractures. Injured was sent home for two days. Back to work on Monday.
